* All items are shipped by UPS, USPS or Fedex and require a signature. *We only ship to authorized addresses. Shipping and handling is $19.01 per item for all shipments within the continental USA and $27.23 per item for all shipments to international customers.


* Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of your order excluding weekends and hoidays. However it ocassionally can take longer. We usually do our best to inform clients if it will take longer to ship. This is not common.


* We do offer a rush delivery which is 1-2 day delivery form the day it goes out for orders that are placed for an additional rush delivery fee. See checkout for rush delivery costs. This service is only available to customers in the continental USA. This service excludes weekend and holidays. So if for example if rush service is requested on a weekend or holiday it would be sent out the next buisness day. Call Us before choosing this option to ensure it is available.


* The New Orleans Voodoo Queen does not charge for her spells. You must buy the spell candles underneath the spellcasting area of the store and she will cast a spell for you free of charge. So technically you are purchasing a candle and the spellwork or spellcasting is performed free as a courtesy to you for purchasing my wonderful products

* If you have not received your order within 5 business days of purchase. Please give us a call to inquire. Thank you and we appreciate your business.

* There are no returns or refunds. We are selling spiritual products that are specially blessed for you and because your enegy may interefere with the product once it is created it cannot be resold to anyone else after that. Also because there have been some dishonest people who have attempted to benefit from our products and then return them we are no longer able to exchange or offer a refund. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

* There are no guarantees. Although I have helped thousands of people over the years and fully intend on helping you, no reputable spellcaster should ever offer any guarantee.
